To this end we offer our Landlords three options
OPTION 1. Tenant find only: We find a suitable tenant in keeping with the Landlords remit,
then hand over the move in and ongoing management to the
Landlord.
COST: £100 NO V.A.T.
OPTION 2. Let Only : As option 1, additionally we take up references, prepare the in
inventory, prepare the Tenancy agreement, collect the bond
and first months rent, move the tenant in and then hand
everything over to the Landlord to manage the property
thereafter.
COST: £195 NO V.A.T.
OPTION 3 : Fully Managed As in option 2, additionally we collect and account for the
monthly rent, carry out property condition visits to ensure
the property is being properly cared for, obtain works
estimates should repairs be required and serve notice as
required to safegaurd the Landlords interest and give tenants
adequate time to find alternative accommodation.
COST: £195 initial set up Then 7.5% per month. NO V.A.T.
